Meet the Staff 

 

Erik Roth, Executive Chef

Chef Roth, formerly of the South Market Bistro (Wooster, Ohio) & Gusto Ristorante Italiano of Little Italy (Cleveland, Ohio) was born in Cleveland. He was classically trained at the Culinary Arts Institute of America and Hyde Park of New York. His previous experience entails working under Iron Chef Morimoto at his New York restaurant and traveling Europe while studying under Chef Roberto Delsano. He explains his culinary style as “seasonal scratch cooking with a southern influence, with the goal of bringing a new experience to the table for every guest he encounters.”

Rebecca Moore, Dining & Event Manager

Rebecca comes to the Olde Jaol Steakhouse & Tavern from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, seasoned in hospitality management. Rebecca comes from a large family and communicates well with people who come from all walks of life. She hopes to bring a dining a dining experience to the Olde Jaol Steakhouse & Tavern that each and every guest deserves.
